Spice India has launched a very low-budget Android Smartphone at a price tag of Rs.5,999.The phone is a small palm-sized which have a 7.0 cm capacitive touch screen with a display resolution of 240 x 320 pixels.The processor is a 650 MHz one which is powerful enough to do multi-tasking very well.The MI 280 is a sure competitor with the Samsung's ever success Galaxy Y also the MI 280 has got a little more specs that are not present in the Galaxy Y.So will it beat the Y?Lets wait and see.
